Damaged Goods/Returns:

We take every precaution to package your candles safely and securely for shipping; however, we cannot be responsible for careless Postal or UPS workers who may throw, toss, drop, step-on, crush or otherwise damage your package after it leaves our candle shop!

In the event of receiving a product that is damaged, please let us know!

All cartons must be opened upon receipt. Damaged items or shortages must be reported within 3 days of product receipt. All cartons and interior packaging must be kept. Failure to do so may result in voiding of your claim. Returns must be emailed prior to return. Product must be returned for verification. Replacement products will be in the same scent and color as original order. Remember that not everyone likes a particular scent. We will not accept returns unless there is a physical defect in the product. Returns must be made within 3 days.

You may need to file a claim with the carrier, and forward the information on to me. Your package may need to be returned to the carrier for inspection so please save it!

Once we have received confirmation from the carrier, we will replace the item or issue a refund at your discretion.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery.

There will be a $5.00 delivery charge per order for all hand delivered orders within a 10 mile radius.

shipments

We pride our business on fresh, hand-poured candles. Our normal production time varies season to season. While we strive for fast shipping, it may take up to 10 business days before your order is processed and shipped. Our normal shipping schedule runs Monday through Friday.

Each online order is charged $8.10 flat rate for USPS Priority Shipping. We do offer rush processing for an additional $5.00 per order. This service places your order in the front of all orders and does not guarantee next day processing or shipment. Please make note in the comments section if you are interested in this service.

All orders will be shipped either USPS priority mail or UPS at the sole discretion of MoonShadows and RainForests.

We currently only ship inside the US.

cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will be charged 20% of your total order in re-stock fees.
