When you order, we need to know your name, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and credit card number/expiration date if you are purchasing with a credit card. This information is required by the credit card authorization company, and allows us to accurately process, fulfill your orders, and to notify you of your order status. If you leave out information or incorrectly fill in info, your order may be delayed.
